In this comprehensive 6-hour workshop, students will explore three delightful variations of this famous cake: a unique Dominican Wedding Cake, a traditional Dominican Cake, and a commercially-inspired version. With these diverse cake batters as our foundation, we'll create various cakes including Marble Cake, Pineapple Upside-Down Cake, Orange Cupcakes, Rum Raisin Cake, and a classic two-layer Dominican cake. Alongside these creations, participants will also learn to prepare delicious fillings such as strawberry, pineapple, and dulce de leche, and master the art of crafting the perfect meringue frosting. The workshop will conclude with hands-on cake and cupcake decorating, allowing each student to take home their beautiful creations.

All ingredients for baking are included. Baking tools, equipment, or ingredients to take home are not included. But they will be available in the classroom
Classes are divided into two payments: The first payment (50%) is due when registering for the class. The second payment (50%) is due on the first day of class.
- All of our classes are offered in English and Spanish.
- Video or digital recording is not permitted in class.
- You do not need to purchase any tools or equipment for the class.
