In this condensed four-hour class, students will explore the technical aspects of cake decorating techniques. From mastering the proper use of the pastry bag to experimenting with various piping tips, they'll learn to create intricate designs such as star borders, shell borders, rosette borders, zigzag borders, inverse borders, lettering, beads, ruffles, basket weave, and more.
Classes are divided into two payments: The first payment (50%) is due when registering for the class. The second payment (50%) is due on the first day of class.
- All of our classes are offered in English and Spanish.
- Video or digital recording is not permitted in class.

- After completing the Piping & Spatula Workshop, students can master their piping skills by enrolling in the Buttercream Flower Workshop
